Hey fam, it’s been a day but we’re back! Apologies for the unscheduled downtime today, one of our back end servers decided to, as Elon would put it, experience a rapid unscheduled disassembly, causing the login issues we had. Fear not, we’re back up and running, and as mentioned (ironically) on this weeks AMA, we build everything with redundancy in mind, no data has been lost. However… in the process of rectifying the issue (and upgrading several systems to add a layer of redundancy so this shouldn’t happen again), we needed to change how some of our back end data is stored. So, when you login next, you’ll notice that your decks aren’t there 😱 There’s 2 options here for you. You can take this opportunity to spring clean and come up with all new decks for the World Championships this weekend… or you can DM us (or message one of our amazing mods / team members) with your Epic Display-name, and we’ll migrate your existing deck lists over (and overwrite any that you happen to make in the meantime) We know the timing for this isn’t great, but we hope you’ll understand that this allows us to store all of your deck lists in a much more robust way ❤️
